MORE BOUNCE
Inflatable Rentals
Safety is our top priority, so please review the following safety information and operating procedures to ensure that you have a fun and safe experience:
Please remove all sharp objects such as twigs, rocks, glass, and clean all dog piles from the area. Inflatables and equipment will not be setup in unsanitary conditions.
Please be sure to inform delivery driver of any underground sprinkler lines near the setup area. More Bounce is not responsible for any damage to sprinkler lines.
Please be sure to plan a spot for the inflatable unit on a flat clean area.
Please be sure that there is enough overhead clearance from any trees, wires, or any other obstructions that could cause damage to the inflatable unit.
Inflatables need an electrical power source within 75-100 ft.; generators are available at an additional charge.
All unnecessary electrical wires and cables should be kept away from the inflatable and equipment.
ADULT SUPERVISION is required at all times for children.
Please keep all candy, gum, food, drinks, party toys, pets, confetti, silly string, and any sharp objects away from the inflatable unit and equipment. SILLY STRING WILL CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE to the inflatable unit. A $50–$75 cleaning fee will be assessed for the violation of these provisions.
ALL FOOD AND DRINKS SHOULD BE EATEN OUTSIDE OF THE INFLATABLE UNIT. A $50–$75 cleaning fee will be assessed for the violation of these provisions.
All overnight rentals should be in a secure area.
We will not setup if winds exceed 25 MPH. If high winds exist please exit the inflatable unit IMMEDIATELY and turn off the blower.
Please remove all shoes, eyeglasses/sunglasses, hair clips, jewelry, buckles, pens/pencils, keys, and other sharp objects that could potentially puncture the inflatable unit prior to entering.
Please ensure that the weight capacity of the inflatable unit is NEVER exceeded, and that the number of users at any one time are limited to a number that allows each user enough room to play safely.
NO CLIMBING on the net or outside walls, NO SITTING on the sides of the inflatable unit.
Please DO NOT bounce against the sides, the slide, or near the doorway of the inflatable unit.
Keep children away from the blower and generator AT ALL TIMES.
WEATHER
Weather can arrive unexpectedly in the form of rain, lightening, or strong winds. In each case you want to evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible. PLEASE REMAIN CALM and help your guests exit the unit quickly, and in an orderly fashion. After everyone has exited the unit, deflate the unit by turning off the blowers or fans. If possible, the inflatable unit should be folded over once so that the interior is protected from the weather.
LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER
When a loss of power occurs the unit will slowly start to deflate. PLEASE REMAIN CALM! You will have ample time to help your guests quickly and safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited safely, check to see if the blowers or cords have come unplugged from the outlet. If so, plug them back in and the unit will re-inflate. If this does not resolve the issue, contact MORE BOUNCE Inflatable Rentals at (302) 750-4066 immediately to have the problem resolved. DO NOT LEAVE THE UNIT UNATTENDED.
DAMAGE
If the unit becomes damaged while under your operation, take the following steps:
Write down what happened, when, and any other details you observed. Turn this report over to More Bounce Inflatable Rentals. Contact MORE BOUNCE Inflatable Rentals IMMEDIATELY at (302) 750-4066. Do not attempt to continue operating the inflatable unit or equipment.
If the inflatable unit or equipment gets damaged while it is in your possession you will be held responsible for the cost of the repairs.
